New Councilor Appointed

The City of Forest Grove City Council appointed Thomas BeLusko, Jr. to fill the unexpired term of office of the seat vacated by Councilor Peter Truax’s appointment as Mayor.  Mr. BeLusko has been a resident of Forest Grove since 1999 and is currently employed as Chief Finance Officer for Waltz Sheridan Crawford Insurance located in Forest Grove.

The public and City staff are invited to attend the City Council Meeting on Monday, October 26, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Auditorium, as Mr. BeLusko is sworn in as City Councilor.   In addition, the public and City staff are invited to attend a Farewell Reception honoring Mayor Richard Kidd and Swearing In Ceremony for Peter Truax as Mayor on Thursday, October 22, 2009, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (presentations at 5:00 p.m.) in the Community Auditorium.
