The Forest Grove City Council meets the second and fourth Monday of each month at the Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street, at 7:00 p.m. 

All regular meetings are open to the public. EXECUTIVE SESSIONS:  The Forest Grove City Council uses closed-door executive sessions as authorized under ORS 192.660 (2) to discuss employment of a public officer, exempt records, labor negotiations, real property transactions, and current and pending litigation issues. No final action can be taken at these meetings.

WORK SESSIONS:  The Forest Grove City Council hold Work Sessions as needed the first and third Monday of each month at various locations and times.  All Work Sessions are open to the public. Copies of the Work Session Agendas are posted on the City’s website, at City Hall and the Library, or can be picked up at City Hall, 1924 Council Street. COFFEE WITH THE MAYOR & COUNCIL:  The Forest Grove Mayor and City Council hold Coffee Hour non-mandated Work Sessions as needed the first Saturday of each month at the Community Auditorium – Mayor/Council Office, 1915 Main Street.  The Council welcomes and encourages citizens to attend these Coffee Hour Work Sessions to discuss any issue or concern they may have.  Additional information can be obtained from the City Recorder's Office at City Hall or by calling (503) 992-3235.
