City Council: Meetings and Work Sessions
The Forest Grove City Council meets the second and fourth Monday of each month at the Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street, at 7:00 p.m.
All regular Council meetings and work sessions are open to the public. Copies of the Council Meeting Agenda and Council Packet are posted on the City’s website, at City Hall and the Library, or can be picked up at City Hall, 1924 Council Street. Additional information can be obtained from the City Recorder’s Office at City Hall or by calling (503) 992-3235.
The Forest Grove City Council Meetings are broadcast by Tualatin Valley Community Television (TVCTV) Government Access Programming LIVE on Channel 30 at 7 pm. Playbacks can be seen on Channel 30 as follows:

- Monday @ 7 pm
- Wednesday @ 7:30 pm
EXECUTIVE SESSIONS: The Forest Grove City Council uses closed-door executive sessions as authorized under ORS 192.660 (2) to discuss employment of a public officer, exempt records, labor negotiations, real property transactions, and current and pending litigation issues. No final action can be taken at these meetings.
WORK SESSIONS: The Forest Grove City Council hold Work Sessions as needed. The public may attend and observe the work sessions. No public comment is taken during work sessions. Copies of the Work Session Agendas are posted on the City’s website, at City Hall and the Library, or can be picked up at City Hall, 1924 Council Street.
