Land Development Ordinance Approved by City Council
On March 9, 2009, the Forest Grove City Council adopted the new Land Development Ordinance that will replace the existing Zoning and Land Division Ordinances.  In addition, a set of design guidelines was also adopted to provide an alternative process for multi-family and commercial projects.  The new code generally readopts the existing provisions in a more useable format without new substantive changes in process or requirements.
