Comp Plan Update: Video

The topic of discussion at the Annual Town Meeting held on January 30, 2010, was "The Fate of Forest Grove:  Bedroom or Balanced Community?"  There was clear consensus among the nearly 100 citizens in attendance that residents want to keep employment options in town as Forest Grove grows.  They preferred a more balanced city with a mix of jobs and housing options rather than a bedroom community with limited employment opportunities.  Click here to watch the video of the Annual Town Meeting.

The Comprehensive Plan TOPICAL meetings were held during February 2008 to provide information on a variety of issues that will be addressed during the Comp Plan Update.  The meetings were videotaped and can be viewed by clicking on the topic title. Flash Player required.
