Engineering Department: Residential Parking Permit
A Residential Parking Permit is available to residents, of a designated downtown area, allowing street parking in excess of posted time limits.

It is merely a privilege which provides exemption from the parking time limitation and is subject to revocation at the discretion of the City.
Each application shall include the following information:
- The name of the owner or operator of the motor vehicle
- Proof of residential address
- Vehicle make and model
- Vehicle identification number or license number
Residential Parking Permits are free of charge.
Please note: This is an annual permit that expires on December 31 of each year. You must submit a new application each year.
