The Finance/Administrative Services Department provides the City with accounting and budget services.
Those services include utility billing, accounting, financial reporting, budget preparation and management, cash and investment management, debt issuance and administration, grant accounting and insurance administration services.
Information systems management and facilities management is also provided by Administrative Services.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Notice is hereby given that the City of Forest Grove ("City") is requesting proposals for consultant(s) assistance to develop an area plan for that portion of Forest Grove within the current Urban Growth Boundary located generally north of Watercress Drive and west of Thatcher Road. In addition,consultant(s) assistance is also sought to help City staff develop a concept plan consistent with Metro's Title 11 requirements for Urban Reserve Area 7C, known as the Purdin Road Urban Reserve area. Also, the City is requesting bids for preparation of a concept plan for Urban Reserve Area 7E. The City desires to enter into a professional services agreement with a qualified individual(s) or firm(s) who can demonstrate competency and experience in assisting City staff to prepare the Area Plan and Concept Plan.
