Light & Power: Residential Ductless Heat Pump Program

A $1500 incentive is available for residential customers who install a ductless heat pump system in their home. 

The system must be a split system heat pump employing an inverter-driven outdoor compressor unit, and an inverter-driven or variable speed indoor blower. 

Eligibility: All Forest Grove Light & Power residential customers living in single family homes.

• Customer must have permanently-installed zonal electric resistance heat as their primary heating system. (i.e., electric baseboard heaters, electric wall heaters, etc.)
• Customer must allow Forest Grove Light & Power to make their billing histories available for the project.
• Heat pump must be installed prior to September 30, 2012.
