Location: 750 NW David Hill Road
Hours: Sunrise to One Hour after Sunset

The newly constructed "dog park" provides two off-leash areas: one for large dogs and one for small or timid dogs under 35 pounds. Owners are solely liable for injuries or damage caused by their dogs. Owners are asked to read and abide by the rules and to teach their dog obedience for social interaction with other dogs.

Waste disposal bags are not provided; please bring your own waste bags.

RULES

  • Dog owners must read and become familiar with all park rules before entering the park.
  • Dogs must be leashed until safely inside the area.
  • Owners must be attentive and watch their dogs at all times, staying near in case intervention is required.
  • Aggressive dogs must be leashed and removed from the park.
  • Waste must be picked up immediately.
  • No food or treats (for animals or humans) allowed in the off-leash area.
  • No dog toys allowed.
  • No human running allowed.
  • All pinch, choke, and spike collars must be removed.
  • Dogs in heat are not allowed at any time.
  • All dogs must have proper immunizations and flea control.
  • Abandoned or unsupervised dogs will be impounded.
  • No strollers in off-leash area; Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.
  • Washington County Animal Services will be called for unattended dogs, biting or other serious incidents.
