The Water Treatment Plant provides high quality water from the City-owned 4,225-acre watershed.
The City’s water is treated and filtered to meet all State and Federal regulations. Recently, the City of Forest Grove expanded their ownership of the Joint Water Commission (JWC) Treatment Plant to better respond to the increased water demands, especially during the summer months.
