Aquatic Center Offers Programs to Meet Your Goals
If your New Year’s resolutions include more exercise or getting in shape, we offer a variety of programs to help you meet your goals.
Our aerobics classes range from vigorous shallow water offerings to deep water workouts and senior classes, which are held in the “warm” therapy/activity pool. We also have numerous arthritis classes that focus on overall fitness and range of motion. In cooperation with PCC, we are able to offer Tai Chi water classes.
The Aquatic Center will be open regular schedule hours the week of December 19 – 24 and the week of December 26 – 31. The pool will be closed on December 25 and January 1 for the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays. Additionally, a public swim will be held Monday through Friday from 1 to 3 pm during these two weeks while the schools are on winter break.
