FG Conversations 2011
Former Oregon Governor Barbara Roberts will headline a program entitled "Women's Work from the ERA to the Present Day" on Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at 7 PM in the Forest Grove Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street, Forest Grove.
Come hear the stories of our panelists: governor and author, Barbara Roberts; wine industry pioneer, environmental advocate and author, Susan Sokol Blosser; and Dr. Perla Rodriguez, principal of Cornelius Elementary School. After presentations by the panelists, there will be an open discussion with audience members about the changing roles of women.
This FREE event is part of the Forest Grove Conversations Series and is sponsored by the Friends of Forest Grove City Library and Pacific University’s McCall Center. Past topics in the series have included community discussions about immigration, ethnicity in Oregon, and the Holocaust.
