Flags at Half-staff to Honor U.S. Senator Daniel K. Inouye
Today, Dec. 18, Governor Kitzhaber ordered all flags at public institutions throughout Oregon be flown at half-staff until sunset on December 23 in honor of Hawaii Senator Daniel K. Inouye, President Pro Tempore of the U.S. Senate.
