Landlord Forum Sponsored by Westside Crime Prevention Coalition
The Westside Crime Prevention Coalition, represented by officers from Forest Grove, Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, and Washington County Sheriff’s office, have teamed together to bring information and training forums to Landlords and Property Managers. These free sessions are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the PCC Willow Creek Campus located at 241 SW Edgeway Drive, Hillsboro.
In addition to the relevant and useful curriculum and speakers presented each month, the forum offers an opportunity to network with fellow rental property owners and managers. Another benefit of attending is having all of your questions answered by attorney, Jeffrey Bennett, who specializes in rental issues.
You will also learn how to work with your local police department. Officers are on hand for each session with suggestions to keep your properties crime free.
