Benefit Administration
New Employee Orientation
Labor Relations
Personnel Policy Development and Administration
Personnel Record Management
Maintenance of the City’s Compensation and Classification System
Trainings
Employee relations and recognition
Provide leadership and act as a resource to the organization in all aspects of human resources management
