The Citizen Request Tracker (CRT) is designed to assist the City of Forest Grove staff in serving its citizens in a more professional, efficient, and timely manner. This system provides documentation for each request, and the ability to monitor the progress of your concern. Our goal is to serve the community of Forest Grove in the most efficient manner.
Introducing Citizen Request Tracker
We’re pleased to rollout the beginning stages of the CRT platform. Parks and Recreation is our first department available through CRT, more departments will follow. Additional feedback regarding the Citizen Request Tracker is welcome in the comments section of the Parks Maintenance Concern CRT form. If your concern is not Parks and Recreation issue, please email us at info@forestgrove-or.gov.
The City of Forest Grove Citizen Request Tracker (CRT) is a tool that can be used to communicate with City staff regarding a NON-EMERGENCY request for service. Requests can be submitted via computer, tablet, or cell phone. This improved method is user-friendly and helps us manage citizen requests more effectively. CRT makes it easier for you to report problems and gives you confirmation that your request was received, is being reviewed, is being addressed, and when your request is complete. You can review your request at any time by simply logging into the Citizen Request Tracker.
Why Do I Log-In?
To have your concern addressed, the Citizen Request Tracker will prompt you to Log-In. CRT requires a user account to report issues, you have the option to create an account or use Facebook to create your account. This starts a file for your request and allows City staff to communicate with you regarding your particular request via e-mail or phone.
Who gets my request?
The Citizen Request Tracker is designed to send each request to the appropriate City staff that can properly address your issue. A confirmation email verifying that your request has been submitted to City staff so they can respond to you as quickly as possible.
