When is a Deposit Permit required?

When an article or material is being deposited on any street. If the article or material is being delivered does not obstruct traffic or the vision of motor vehicle drivers, and does not remain on the street for more than three hours, no permit is required.

Please note, that articles or materials placed in your driveway or on your private property do not require a permit or permission from the City. The City encourages citizens to have drop boxes placed on private property, rather than in the public right-of-way.
