Before the disconnection date, you will be mailed a cut-off notice. If you do not respond, a service fee will be assessed, and your service will be discontinued. Payment of the past due bill in full, plus the service fees, will be required before service is restored. Services that have been discontinued due to non-payment will be charged the regular service fee if reconnected during normal office hours. Services reconnected after normal office hours will be charged an additional service fee.
Service Reconnections
To reconnect your service during the normal office hours of Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8 am to 4 pm call 503-992-3221. The regular service fee will apply.
For service after normal office hours, Monday through Thursday 5:01 pm to 8 pm and Friday 4:01 pm to 8 pm call 503-992-3250. An additional fee will be charged for after-hours service reconnection.
