  7. Describe the project / idea / concept in detail. Please address how the project meets one or more of the following criteria; 

    • Improves the pedestrian environment
    • Prepares the Space for Lease
    • Expands a current leased space
    • Improves the appeal of the interior space
    • Improves the usefulness of the space

    Be detailed in this section. Your responses will be used to determine both eligibility in the program and be used by the selection committee in determining whom will receive funding.
