    Organizations wishing to display a banner must be established under section 501a of the internal revenue code, and must be located within the Forest Grove School District, or be a local government  located within the Forest Grove School District.

    Please provide the exact wording and a description of any images proposed to be displayed on the banner, or attach a document to this application with information regarding the text and/or images.   Please note the City may request amendments or changes to the organization’s proposed text or images.
