Instructor Interest

Forest Grove Parks and Recreation is looking to offer a wide variety of programs from youth camps to oil painting. If you have a particular skill and are interested in teaching a program, we want to hear from you! Proposals must be submitted at least 60 days in advance of the next recreational session.

Fall (September-December), Winter (January-March), Spring (April-May), Summer (June-August)

Email completed Instructor Interest Forms to Cody Jeffers at cjeffers@forestgrove-or.gov

Each instructor, if their activity is approved, must have:

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Current contract on file with Forest Grove Parks and Recreation
  • W-9 form
  • Passed our background check
