FGAC FEES

Membership Passes and Single Visit Fees include use of Pools, Hot Tub/Spa, Dry Sauna, & Spray Park. Memberships do not include access to instructor led classes. Guests must pay the drop-in fee or purchase a punch card for aerobics classes.

**Please note, fees may be different than those listed here and are subject to change with each new fiscal year on July 1st, pending adoption by City Council.**

In-city is defined as any individual living within the city limits of Forest Grove.

EXPLANATION OF MEMBERSHIP TYPES

Memberships and Punch Passes are available to purchase online, over the phone or in person. 

  • Family is the immediate "parent-child" family unit including only the parent(s) or legal guardian(s), and their children by birth, marriage, adoption, or foster that live together in the same household. No more than two adults per household.
  • Youth are 2 to 17 years old. 
  • Seniors are 65 years of age or older. Proof of age is required.
  • A Veteran is a person who served in the U.S. military. Proof of service is required.
  • To qualify for our Disability discount, you must submit proof of awarded designation through Social Security Administration. Please bring your official notice to the Parks & Recreation office for review and, once verified, you will receive a reduced rate for memberships, admission fees, and punch cards. This discount only applies to an individual and is not a family discount program.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours of a scheduled event/class will not receive a refund or user credit. If the purchaser fails to attend a scheduled event/class that they had registered for in advance, they will not be entitled to receive a refund or user credit. 
  • Cancellations made with 72 hours or more in advance of the first day of a scheduled event/class will receive a 100% user credit if the fee charged for the event/class is less than $100. For an event/class with a fee of more than $100, the purchaser has the option of receiving a refund or user credit.
  • Following unscheduled pool closures (due to fecal contamination, inclement weather, mechanical issues, etc.) reentry passes will be issued to patrons providing receipts of paid entry to the pool within the last hour. Refunds will not be issued. 
  • F.G.A.C. staff have the authority to enforce all pool rules.  Patrons are expected to cooperate in observing facility specific rules and policies that may not be outlined in this document.  Patrons who violate the Pool Rules may be asked to leave without a refund. 

CLASS CANCELATION

Classes may be canceled when they do not have 50% enrollment. Should Forest Grove Parks and Recreation cancel a scheduled event/class, the purchaser is entitled to a full refund or user credit.
